Small Gathering Hall great for Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Retirement Parties, Wine & Design, Birthday Parties, Meet & Greets and much much more!

Our Hall is already staged with tables, chairs, cake table, gift table, buffet table, bar and drink stations.

Monday – Wednesday: $150

Thursday: $200 Friday: midday $200 evening $250

Saturday: midday $300 evening $350

Sunday: $250

Times for Hall Rental – Midday: 10am – 3:30pm     Evening 4pm – 9:30pm    All rentals are 5.5 long that includes set up and clean up times

Special request in for time changes.  Fees may apply.

Bartender Fee for event Hall is $75 for 4 hours

Linens $40 and up

Trash for food needs to be taken off site after event.  Lash Bartenders Catering service will be responsible for waste of plastic cups and beer bottles.  For Lash Hall to remove food trash there will be a fee of $50

Extra staging and rentals by Lash Staff fees will apply if needed

All sliced fruit for garnishing drinks must be provided by the client.

Open Bar

Beer and Wine $12 per person (includes 7 different beers and 5 different house wines)

Beer, wine & 2 specialty drinks $16 per person
Full bar with beer, wine and 20 different liquors $20 per person

Top shelf- Full bar will all top shelf $25 per person

Off- Site Bartender Fee

  • $35 hour (4 hours minimum, including 30 minutes setup and 30 minutes cleanup)
  • 1 bartender need for every 50 people

Bartenders will serve beverages, mix and create cocktails and other drinks.  We will keep bar well organized, handle volumes of guests and multitask.  Keeping a very warm and friendly vibe at all times.

Wait Staff – $150 per server, $30 hour for every additional hour after the 4 hour minimum One server for every 50 guests

Wait Staff will walk from table to table refilling drinks, bussing tables, helping guest request, removing trash, serve food, serve buffet food and much more.

Guest greeter- $150 per greeter, $30 hour for every additional hour after the 4 hour minimum

Greeting all guest with smiling face, good communication skills and will be ready to work in any environment

  • Welcoming the clients with a pleasant smile
  • Offering assistance to guests
  • Present at the entry point to welcome the visitors

Security staff – $200 per security staff, $50 hour for every additional hour after the 4 hour minimum

  • Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
  • Makes periodic patrols to check for irregularities.
  • Controls access to client site or facility through the admittance process
  • Patrols assigned site on foot or in vehicle; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.
  • Other special request can be determined during consultation. Rates and fees many apply

Staging

Staging and event decorating starts at $500 and up.  We would need to me with client to get all details for a quote to be given.  Please see the packages below for Jefferson Patterson Park and

Sotterley Plantation.  We are working on other venue packages now.  We will work with your budget too!  All Sunday jobs receive 10% off.

Jefferson Patterson Park:

Trash Removal fee $1.50 per person

We provide Large trash cans, trash bags, removal of trash off property and we recycle!

Table, Linens, Event set up–  Our team will set up tables, chairs, linens, table settings, buffet tables, cake tables, gift tables and much more.  Most venues only give a limited time for set and clean.  Our staff will make sure to get all request done with in time.  Pricing starting at $200 per 50 people.  Other set up request can be determined during consultation.

Clean up fees- Our team will clean up all trash, remove all linens and box up correctly, break down all tables and chairs.  Pricing starting at $100 per 50 people.  Other clean up request can be determined during consultation.

Lash rules and policy

We will not serve anyone under the age of 21 and will request ID at our discretion.  We will not serve anyone to the point of intoxication and reserve the right to refuse service to any guests who become intoxicated. Lash Bartenders and Wait Staff does not provided alcohol, Client is responsible for provided all alcohol.  Liquor license may be needed for your event and fees will apply.  Lash Bartenders and Wait Staff hopes to have a permanent Liquor license in the near future.

Payment & guarantees

50% deposit is due with signing of contract or we now offer payment plans.  Balance is due 10 days before the event.  Your deposit reserves the date.  Deposits are not refundable if your event is canceled.  However, we will issue a voucher for the entire amount of your deposit if event is canceled within 30 days of event date.  Voucher will be honored for a full year from the issue date.

Lash Bartenders has experience in high-volume atmosphere, weddings and lounge events.  TAMS certified bartenders available to any alcoholic beverages that you provide.  Our bartenders will have all necessary bar tools and will set up the bar, ensure that all alcohol is served responsibly.  Our goal is to cater to your guests tastes and needs and ensure that they have a memorable evening.  Our staff will handle walking from table to table refilling drinks, bussing tables, removing trash and much more.  Our guest greeters will welcome all guests with smiling faces and a friendly greeting.  Some guest may need some extra help or direction as they enter your event.  Our team will also open doors, pass out programs and troubleshoot by watching and monitoring all guest.
