Non Wedding Event Pricing - rental of barn, tables & chairs only doesn't not include linens, bartender, bar and extra services.  Quote must be given

Rental is for 6 hours-

1.5 hours set up , event 3.5 hours and 1 hour clean up

Birthday or Anniversary Party- Friday evening $700;                                     Off Peak Season Saturday evening $1000                                                             (off season months Jan; Feb; Mar; July; Aug  and Nov.)

Peak Season rates Saturday evening $1500                                                (Peak season months Apr., May, June,  Sept. and Oct.)

Sunday rental rate $800

*our peak season is based on prime wedding season.  December Rates will be quoted due to Holiday Parties.

Baby or Bridal Shower~ midday Saturday rental 10am to 4pm $600; Sunday 10am to 4pm $500

Small Wedding 40 people and under: Monday - Thursday $500; Friday $700; Saturday- N/A Sunday $800

After Funeral Service gathering: Monday - Thursday $500; Friday $700

Company Parties- please email us for a quote

Wedding rates- Friday $2500 ; Saturday $3500; Sunday $2800

Pricing is for weddings of 80 guests including tables and chairs.   Extra tables & chairs for more guests fees will apply.

  • Rental time: all day 6am to 11pm
  • Rehearsals scheduled Wednesday’s and Thursday’s
  • Rental includes: 2 walk through meetings with Casey, tables and chairs inside barn, 1 bartender and 1 bar back, 1 parking attendant, ceremony set up with white bistro chairs
  • Extra fees & services
  • Extra decorating & set up – starting at $300 and up (you may do it yourself)
  • Clean up – starting at $200 and up
  • Extra table and chairs set up $40 per table of 8
  • Extra bartender, wait staff or other staff members starting at $150
  • Trash haul away – starting at $200 and up (most catering companies haul away)
  • Ceremony chair upgrades- wooden folding chairs $2.50 each or wooded benches $15 each
  • Day of coordination $500 (you many bring your own day of wedding coordinator)
  • Starting April 2019 Lash will have a Liqour license at the barn. Bar quote will be given.
  • Extra rentals from Lash Rentals (pricing sheet & pictures will be reviewed with client at walk through. Some examples will be there to see in person)
